Selected engineering students from SPŠP-COP Zlín were awarded scholarships for the first half of the year as part of the scholarship programme.

We have been cooperating with the Secondary School of Industry in Zlín for a long time.

Every year, several students from the Secondary School of Polytechnic - COP Zlín complete their internships with us.

The year has come and gone.

The end of the year traditionally belongs to the evaluation of our work.

Traditionally, we took part in the Job and Education Fair in Zlín, which is held for pupils of the last years of primary schools. We are happy to participate in this event and present students with a wide range of job opportunities if they decide to pursue a technical direction in their education.

This year, for the first time, we participated in a unique event aimed at popularizing crafts among preschool and school-age children. The Children's Festival of Crafts and Professions of the Future, organised by Inspiration Zlín, took place over the weekend of 14 and 15 October and we thoroughly enjoyed these two days with the children!

After winning in 2017, we joined the survey this year and on Thursday we received the award for 2023 from the hands of the Governor of the Zlín Region Radim Holiš.

Fitness, strength, memory, teamwork, precision - we used it all at our team building this year in the beautiful nature of the Buchlov hills to get clues that led us to the chest full of rewards.

The first half of the year 2023 is behind us and the significant anniversary of GENICZECH-M is upon us. In the autumn our company will celebrate 30 years since its establishment and operation on the engineering market.

Traditionally, a project called Technical Fair, organized by the Regional Chamber of Commerce of the Zlín Region for primary school pupils in cooperation with successful companies in the Zlín region, took place. And we are very happy that we could be there again!

Small and large, traditional and non-traditional! We like to support various projects or associations in our area that have a social or cultural impact.

We care about the satisfaction of our employees and we believe that it comes back to us. Because many of our employees have been with us for more than 10 or even 20 years! 4 months of production of all parts, 180 hours of assembly of one machine by 3 people, total of 5 machines, weight of one of them 1 500 kg. These are the bare facts of our completed order, which was the production of a part of a packaging line.

Our machine portfolio has grown this year as well. Last week, we installed a new CNC surface grinder - type BP-50120, which replaced our outdated conventional grinder type BPH 320A.

Traditionally, our company took part in the largest exchange of secondary schools in the Zlín Region called the Job and Education Fair 2022.

On Monday 24th October, we held a cyber security training session, which was attended by our THP staff.

Yesterday afternoon our THP staff took a bike trip.

On Thursday, an Open Day took place at our company.

Women in technical professions? Nothing is impossible in our company, which is why we could not miss the GIRLS DAY ZLÍN 2019.

We did not miss the HAAS Open Day.

Another investment of 2019 is the DMG MORI NLX 2500SY-700 lathe with powered tools.

Together we went to the Czech mountains.

MCFV 1060 machining centre with pallet, DMU 60 evo 5-axis machining centre and ZOLLER setting machine with direct measuring.

On 4-5.9.2015, the THP employees of GENICZECH-M participated in a two-day training program called "teambuilding for well-being".

Purchase of new technologies - GROB-G550, KAFO VMC-1688, GOODWAY GA-2600 CNC lathe and FV30 CNC milling machine.
