On November 8, 1993 the history of our company began to be written.
GENICZECH, spol. s r.o. with foreign capital was registered in the Commercial Register.
In 1996, after the departure of a foreign partner, a new company GENICZECH-M, spol. s r.o. was established. Nowadays a purely family company, one of the owners of which is Ing. Pavel Novosad.
Thanks to his expertise, experience and dogged diligence, the small company for the production of small engineering parts gradually became a modern engineering company with the most modern technological equipment, using efficient management methods and new, modern trends in the field of machining, whose parts are currently exported all over the world.
If you ask Mr. Novosad what is behind the success of the company, he will tell you that it is mainly the human factor. It is the employees who make the company a success every day. And so, from the original few enthusiasts, the company has grown to 90 employees, whom the company strives to provide not only with professional training, but also to build a reliable and friendly team of co-workers.
And we are glad that we could all reminisce together about those years, how the company was founded and how it developed.
The main word belonged to the founder Mr. Novosad. He also thanked all the employees, especially those who grew with the company and contributed to its success and milestones. Many long-lasting friendships have been forged over that time.
There were also luxurious rewards for employees who have been with us for 5, 10, 15 and 20 years! And there was also a celebratory cake and a joint toast.
