The first half of the year 2023 is behind us and the significant anniversary of GENICZECH-M is upon us. In the autumn our company will celebrate 30 years since its establishment and operation on the engineering market.
This important anniversary deserves a big celebration, so we are already carefully preparing the programme of a big joint party.
But back to the first half of 2023. How did it go?
We have expanded the potential of the production process to include a comprehensive assembly process, including the purchase of components and the production of our own parts. By implementing new assembly machines and lines, we not only secured an increase in sales, but more importantly, we achieved higher surplus value in our production.
In terms of investments, this time we focused on the purchase of new progressive tools as well as special clamping and adjusting devices. In this way, we have achieved higher productivity and, in particular, higher precision in machining machine parts.
In June 2023, we installed 400WP solar panels on the roof of our building. With this step, we are proud to be one of the companies that contribute to the implementation of environmentally friendly principles of sustainable production and consumption.
However, in today's world of extremely rapid technological progress, we are very aware that people are the decisive factor. It is all our employees who create our success every day and contribute to the very good results achieved this year.
I would therefore like to acknowledge and thank all our employees for their efforts and commitment. At the same time, I wish everyone a wonderful summer, many successes, fulfilled dreams and, above all, good health.
