MCFV 1060 machining centre with pallet, DMU 60 evo 5-axis machining centre and ZOLLER setting machine with direct measuring.

In 2018, we made new investments aimed at increasing productivity, in particular the possibility of two-machine operation. The MCFV 1060 machining centre with pallet and the DMU60 evo 5-axis machining centre, as a replacement for the DMU 60T. In addition, a Zoller setting machine with direct measuring for speeding up and especially for precision work. This machine has proved to be very successful and we will be purchasing a second ZOLLER machine in 2019.

Small batch production of a part for a food packaging machine

Thanks to the NLX2500/700 powered tool lathe, we are able to produce these parts very efficiently with a single switch to the opposite spindle.

Spindle production

The manufactured part serves as the main part of the spindle of the CNC lathe. The complete production from raw material takes place at our company.
