Small batch production of a part for a food packaging machine

Thanks to the NLX2500/700 powered tool lathe, we are able to produce these parts very efficiently with a single switch to the opposite spindle.

We produced 50 parts. The total production time of one piece corresponds to 22 minutes including all milled elements.

We handed out merit scholarships to students

Spindle production

The manufactured part serves as the main part of the spindle of the CNC lathe. The complete production from raw material takes place at our company.
