The manufactured part serves as the main part of the spindle of the CNC lathe. The complete production from raw material takes place at our company.
The part undergoes roughing, annealing and then several stages of machining, including complete drilling.
The dimensional tolerances of the part produced in this way are in hundredths of mm. Finally, the entire spindle is nitrided to achieve the required hardness of approximately 56 HRC.
This spindle is further ground by the customer to geometric tolerances corresponding to thousandths of mm and used in his products - i.e. high-precision CNC lathes.
