Dear colleagues, dear business partners,
the end of the year is approaching and it is time to take stock. I must say that 2022 was an extremely successful year for our company. Total sales were 27% higher than in 2021, complaints were down to 0.5% and, above all, labour productivity increased thanks to new investments and qualified professional staff.
The human factor is crucial for the further development of our company. That is why we greatly appreciate our employees who have supported us and greatly value their loyalty, cooperation and work effort.
We are very pleased with the reactions of our customers who are very satisfied with us, trust us and rely on us. This is the biggest reward for our work this year.
We have a difficult period ahead of us. A period when, above all, frugality, caution and the search for savings will be a priority for all of us.
